The Pubs of London

TOUR P1 - Our pub tours are flexible both in terms of duration and itinerary, but they all take in the oldest pubs in London, along with the area which was, from Roman to early mediaeval times, the main ‘tourist’ and entertainment centre serving the busy city. This has been known, variously, as Southwark, City Borough (as in Borough Market), and the ‘Liberty of Winchester’ or the ‘Liberty of the Clink’. Also covered is the ancient tradition of brewing, serving and, indeed, drinking beer in the capital.
